We were founded in March of 1996 with one truck and trailer by Daryl Schauss, who grew up locally and graduated from McLean High School. Daryl attended Virginia Tech, graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering, and has grown Cedar Run to a multi-million dollar, national award winning landscape company.
