What Are Your Billing and Payment Terms?For our maintenance clients, a Levelized Billing Schedule comprised of 12 equal monthly installments to be paid from January to December. A monthly invoice shall be mailed to your home at the beginning of each month, and will follow a 28 day billing cycle. Payments are due prior to the next billing cycle. For our design build clients, a signed contract and a 50% deposit is required to schedule your project. Upon completion of project, the remaining 50% is immediately due. Final payment must be paid for all work in order for our warranty to take effect. |
